This property is a 39 acre resort. I live in Phoenix, but felt like I left town to visit a resort. The original resort was built in the 1920's in the art deco style. 2020-2021 it was closed for a year for restoration and upgrades. Much of the property is new with but keeping with the art deco style. The hotel has the main building along with separate hotel building. It has seven pools with cabanas with TV's. It has a three story water-slide for kids. It has two upscale restaurants and room service. The Spire outside bar has lots of screens for sports. Nice in the winter, not for Arizona Summers. The room was huge with a nice view of one of the pools. The room is all new after the renovation. The room was large with a 65" or 70" TV. The bed was large, cal-king or maybe bigger than that. Most women would love the bathroom. The huge mirror has adjustable lighting for makeup effects. The shower was huge along with a huge bathtub.

Stunning architecture and landscape. The attention to aesthetic detail was impressive. Loved the saline pool water & the pool by our room was beautiful. The water slide at the big pool was a blast for my daughter and me. The fitness center was spacious, cool, and full of high end equipment. It was clean, which unfortunately is not always a given in hotels. And we really appreciated 24/7 pool & workout facility access. Every employee went above & beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us. We felt like we were getting the royal treatment.

Nicole

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has many options for lounging and just enjoying the atmosphere. Food options are limited, so if you want different varieties you should have a car to be able to leave. There are 7 pools, although I only saw two, and they were nice pool areas. Everyone just relaxing and no crazy loud parties.

Holly

The service and quality of the food was fantastic. A particular waitress and hostess who worked every morning during breakfast while we were there, made us feel at home. They provided great conversations and information about the surrounding area.

Ferguson

The beautiful foliage and the historical background of the hotel are just some of the amazing features at the Arizona Biltmore. The staff is amazing top-notch service. The pools are clean, clear and crisp.
